Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Delivery

Order cut-off time is 6:00pm (EST) every day.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) from order placement and approval.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Customers will be notified via email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Note: For orders with multiple items, individual tracking numbers may be received for each item and they may arrive on separate delivery dates. Customers will be notified via email with the corresponding tracking number once the order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders is 7-15 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are subject to change based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to carrier delays, logistical challenges, and destination-specific information.

adahsipes.store is not responsible for such delays but is committed to communicating any significant changes to customers.

3. Shipping Costs

At Adahsipes.store, we apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders, which makes it easy for you to manage your shopping costs and not worry about hidden or variable fees.

4. Shipping Locations

Adahsipes.store currently only supports shipping within the United States. Wherever you are in the United States, we are committed to delivering your order to your doorstep with a reliable shipping service. We partner with leading carriers to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely.

5. Shipping Providers

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS to ensure fast and safe delivery. USPS provides a reliable and high-quality service that makes it easy for customers to track their orders and ensure that their products are delivered on time. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to know the exact shipping status.

6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your number, please check our delivery confirmation email.

adahsipes.store is NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, but is committed to communicating and assisting customers.

If your package has not been delivered or the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you MUST contact our customer service team for verification within 3 days of receiving notification.
