1. Return Period – 30 days

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If it has been more than 30 days since the delivery date, we are sorry that we cannot process your return request.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your product must comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
  • The product must have all tags and labels intact and be returned in its original packaging.
  • Promotional or deeply discounted products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Return Request” and provide the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Name of item you would like to return
  • Reason for return

Our support team will review your request and send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Step 2: Send the Returned Item

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Method

After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund your original payment method:

  • PayPal or Payoneer: The money will be transferred to the PayPal or Payoneer account you used when making the payment.
  • Refund processing time may take up to 30 business days depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Cases Not Eligible for Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

  • The product does not meet the return conditions (used, damaged, missing tags).
  • Refund requests are submitted after 30 days from receipt of the goods.
  • Products in the non-returnable category such as deep discount items.

6. Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the product after receiving the goods according to our return policy.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected time, please check the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal/Payoneer.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider to confirm the transaction.
